Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an elevator maintenance device capable of obtaining the landing frequencies of a cage for the ascent and the descent of the cage and capable of implementing the maintenance work plan in response to them.
CONSTITUTION: An elevator is provided with a memory device 17 tabulating and recording the number of door openings for the ascent and the descent of a cage 1 based on the detected data of a position detector 20 detecting the position of the cage 1, a running direction detecting means detecting the running direction of the cage 1, and a door opening detector 22 detecting that the door of a landing or the cage 1 is opened.
