PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift maintenance system capable of transmitting-receiving data while avoiding confusion of a line by securing more important communication.SOLUTION: In a lift maintenance system having a first control controller in a plurality of respective lifting equipment, a second control controller in a control center and a communication network for connecting the first control controller and the second control controller, an importance transmission-reception determination part for stopping communication of data being low in preferential order when executing communication of data being high in preferential order by setting the data in the preferential order, is provided in the first control controller or the second control controller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
