CONSTITUTION: When registries with a call operation panel 23 reaches the predetermined number, a signal is outputted from a hall operation panel detecting circuit 26. The operation of a group management control device 30 is released on the basis of the outputted signal, and a service floor assignment circuit 33 assigns floors as objects for service with a plurality of elevators.
