Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit partial information of an electronic mail to be abbreviated and transmitted without the complicated operation of a user when a large quantity of electronic mails are transferred from a server to an electronic mail terminal in reading the electronic mail through a transmission path with a narrow band. SOLUTION: In an electronic server 10, the individual largeness of the integrated electronic mail and partial information of the electronic mail is abbreviated and transferred when the largeness is more than the prescribed one. Or when the total sum of the largeness in the electronic mails to be transferred is more than the prescribed largeness, partial information is abbreviated and transferred concerning the proper number of electronic mails from the larger one.
