To provide an embedded beacon which enables replacement of a marker light fixture in a short period of time.
The embedded beacon comprises the marker light fixture C, a base stand A, and a nut body N. The beacon fixture C is formed of a light leading window 33, an optical unit 40 including a light source 41 incorporated in a lighting body 30 so as to emit light toward the light leading window, and a mounting through hole 36 formed therein. The base stand A is provided for placing the beacon fixture thereon, and includes a bolt body 21b which is inserted into the through hole of the beacon fixture to protrude from the same. The base stand A is embedded in a road. The nut body N has a spring washer Na attached thereto beforehand on a beacon fixture side thereof, and it is screwed onto the bolt body which has been inserted into the through hole of the beacon fixture, to thereby clamp the beacon fixture to the base stand.
