Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of an embedded magnet type rotor in which magnetization magnetic field emitted from a magnetization yoke when a magnet is magnetized reaches a magnet via an iron core material unlike a surface magnet type rotor having a magnet mounted on the surface of an iron core, so that magnetization is more difficult as compared with the surface magnet type.SOLUTION: A magnetizing yoke comprises a main yoke 6 and an auxiliary yoke 7. First, the main yoke 6 made of a magnetic material has a back yoke portion 8 and teeth portions 9, and a main yoke magnetization coil 10 is wound around each of the teeth portions 9. The main yoke magnetization coils 10 are wound so that magnetic fields of reverse polarities occur in the adjacent teeth portions 9 by energizing the main yoke magnetization coils 10 in a predetermined direction. The main yoke 6 is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the rotor 3 and has the same number of teeth portions 9 as the number of the magnets 2 to be embedded in the rotor 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
