To reduce cogging torque and torque pulsation by suppressing the decrease of effective magnetic flux without elongating a rotor, in an embedded magnet type motor.
This rotor has such a configuration that a plurality of rotor core blocks, which are made of stacked rotor core sheets consisting of magnetic material and in which permanent magnets are to be arranged, are stacked axially within, each having an angle in its rotational angle. Between them, an intermediate rotor core sheet is stacked. It has such form that it consists of magnetic material and has a plurality of holes, and that slender bridge parts constituted of intermediates between the periphery and the holes are slid in stages from the rotor core block in the first stage to the rotor core block in the second stage.
