To provide an embedded marker lamp device in which a lamp body can be thinned.
This device has an embedded marker lamp A comprising a lamp body 1 placed on the top surface of the device and having a diagonally upwardly pointed light emission groove and an inner space 1c communicated to the light emission groove 1d; a prism 2 placed between the light emission groove 1d of the lamp body 1 and the inner space 2a under a liquid-tight state, for defining an optical path; and a marker lamp 3 opposed to the prism 2 and having a reflector 3a placed in the inner space 1a of the lamp body 1. The device also includes a base B, which has a step supporting the periphery of the embedded marker lamp A and a recess storing the embedded marker lamp A, and which is embedded to serve as the reference for a road surface, and a fixing means, by which the embedded marker lamp A is freely removably fixed to the base B.
