PURPOSE: To simultaneously embed the heel block into the polyurethane sole, and to easily exchange the top heel by an amateur and a repairman of shoes even by a direct urethane sole manufacturing method by embedding and forming the heel block into the direct urethane sole.

CONSTITUTION: A spline shaft (4) of the top heel (3) having the spline shaft (4) is fitted and provided in a hole (1) of a small diameter provided on a fixed block plate (2). A pair of heel blocks (7) fitted, provided and combined are set to a sole mold (5), molded together with a last mold in which a side mold (8), an instep cover (9), and the inner bottom (10) are hung and the heet blocks (7) are fixed. By injecting polyurethane to a cavity (12) made by each mold which is molded from an injection port (13) of the side mold (8), a direct urethane sole (6) is formed. When a consumer wears and the top heel (3) is worn out, the part of the top heel (3) is scraped with a cutter, the spline shaft (4) is laid bare and the tip of the spline shaft (4) laid bare is inserted and held with a pair of cutting pliers and drawn out straight vertically. After all the spline shafts (4) are drawn out, the top heel (3) having a new spline shaft (4) to be exchanged is driven and the change is completed.
