Abstract:
To provide an embossed interior material having excellent scratch resistance, and capable of suppressing conspicuousness of flaws.SOLUTION: An embossed interior material 1 is provided with a resin base material 2 formed with an embossed pattern P. The resin base material is provided with: a base surface 3 extending in a first direction and a second direction; and a plurality of protrusions 4 protruded from the base surface 3 toward a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction. The protrusions are arranged on one side in the third direction with respect to the base surface, and each of the protrusions is provided with a top surface 5 extending in the first direction and the second direction, and a slope 6 with an inclination angle θ extending from the base surface toward the top surface. The embossed pattern P has a specified shape S provided with the plurality of protrusions spaced apart from each other. In the specified shape, in a view of a cross-section formed by cutting the resin base material in the third direction, a length a of an adjacent side with respect to the inclination angle of the slope, a length b of an opposite side to the inclination angle of the slope, a length c of the top surface, and a distance d between the protrusions adjacent to each other satisfy a relation of the following formula (1) to (2). b≤a≤3b (1), a≤c≤a+[d/2] (2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
