Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a bending at both ends of a metal plate even when longitudinal and lateral grooved joints are deeply embossed by a rolling, and manufacture the metal plate at a low cost by a continuous processing by a method wherein an edge part which is adjacent to respective outer ends in the width direction of both flat parts, and where a number of small unevennesses are embossed, is formed in parallel with the lateral grooved joint.
SOLUTION: A large number of longitudinal grooved joints 5 which are in parallel with the axial direction (p) of an embossing roll 4, and a plurality of lateral grooved joints 6 which extend to the total length in the longitudinal direction of a metal plate 1 while being rectangular to the axial direction (p) of the embossing roll 4, are formed, and a brick or tile stacking pattern 7 which is surrounded by the longitudinal and lateral grooved joints 5, 6, is imparted. At the same time, flat parts 9, 9 of a specified width where an unevenness is not imparted, are formed in parallel with the lateral grooved joint 6 in a manner to be adjacent to respective outer ends in the width direction of the brick or tile stacking patterns 7a, 7b being located at the outermost ends in the width direction of the metal plate 1, among a group of the brick or tile stacking patterns, and at the same time, an edge part 11 where a number of small unevennesses 10 are embossed is formed in parallel with the lateral grooved joint 6 in a manner to be adjacent to respective outer ends in the width direction of both flat parts 9, 9.
