Abstract:
The device has a machine cover (10) with a smooth or very fine structure provided on a surface of a transfer cylinder (3). The cylinder is formed and/or dimensioned and/or moved in connection with the cover that is laid on the surface of the cylinder. A velocity is reached at an effective surface of the transfer cylinder and lies about 3 percentage by a surface velocity of a cylinder cooperating with the transfer cylinder. The cover on the surface of the transfer cylinder has a modified packing thickness for adaptation of the surface velocity of the transfer cylinder.
