PURPOSE: To perform various embroidering by performing control so as to embroider a prescribed pattern at a position based on information relating to arm arrangement position based on data for forming seams.
CONSTITUTION: The data for indicating crusts are arbitrarily selected by a user from a crust data imparting means 1 such as a memory for storing crust data and other data generation means, etc., and the data from the means 1 are displayed in a display means 7 and inputted to a seam formation control means 3. Similarly, the data for indicating a unit pattern are obtained from a unit pattern data imparting means 2 and the data are similarly inputted to the display means 7 and the seam formation control means 3. The seam formation control means 3 sends the pattern data from the unit pattern data imparting means 2 to a seam formation means 6, the seams are formed there, and at the time, sewing is executed based on the crust data from the crust data imparting means 1.
