CONSTITUTION: The objective drive is equipped with driving belts 30A and 30B so arranged to give each driving force in X and Y directions to an embroidery frame 16, driving units 40A and 40B arranged along sides of the embroidery frame 16 in X and Y directions and directly connected to the corresponding driving belt 30A and 30B, and connecting materials 50A and 50B fit at a given point on each side in directions X and Y of the embroidery frame and connected relatively movable solely along the corresponding driving unit to each above- described driving unit 40A and 40B.
