Abstract:
To provide an embroidery frame and a pressing member which can hold an object to be sewn arranged between a base frame and the pressing member by a magnetic force of a magnet which the pressing member has, and in which the work of removing the pressing member from the base frame is easier than before.SOLUTION: An embroidery frame 5 includes: a base frame 51 having a magnetic body; and a pressing member 70 for pressing an object to be sewn arranged between itself and the base frame 51 to the base frame 51 side with a magnetic force. The pressing member 70 includes: a body part 71 having a magnet 80; and a lever 81 having a support part rotatably supported by the body part 71, an action point part, and an operation part 73. The action point part is provided on one end side of the lever 81, and can swing between a standby position and an action position on the side closer to the base frame 51 than the standby position. The operation part 73 is provided on the other end side of the lever 81, and moves, according as it is operated, the action point part 75 to the action position, and moves at least one part of the body part 71 to the side being separated from the base frame 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
