This embroidery frame 3 has frame materials 20-23 surrounding the circumference of the frame to form an inner space necessary for embroidery work. The lower faces of the frame materials 20-23 are bonded to the upper face of the felt 26 by integrally placing a resin sheet on the upper face of the felt 26 and bonding the lower faces of the frame mateirals 20-23 to the resin sheet on the upper face of the felt 26 through a tape having adhesive layers on both surfaces.
