To provide an embroidery frame which is used for fixing a cloth in embroidery and with which adjustment of a distance between both ends parts of the frame for retention and release of the tension state of the cloth is more readily carried out than a conventional method and the whole manufacturing cost is reduced in comparison with the conventional method.

In the embroidery frame having a notch part 4 in a part of a loop-like frame body 1, a hook-and-loop fastener adjustment mechanism 5 which is equipped with a hook-and-loop fastener and with which the distance between both the end parts the frame body 1 is adjusted is arranged near both end parts of frame body 1 separated from the notch part 4.
