The system includes a communication network 100; a service center server 300 transmitting an embroidery machine technical support service page through the network 100 and providing embroidery machine related information or failure diagnosis information according to an embroidery machine technical support request signal received through the embroidery machine technical support service page; and an embroidery machine 200 fitted with an emulator which receives the embroidery machine technical support service page according to the user's operation after being connected on-line to the service center server 300, and which provides support in such a way that, if the user inputs the embroidery machine technical support request signal through the service page, the request signal is transmitted to the service center server to provide the corresponding embroidery machine related information or failure diagnosis information.
