Abstract:

PURPOSE: To execute embroidery with high consistency to one part by two emboidery sewing machines by forming a moving frame to be freely movable between each emboidery sewing machine, and also, providing additionally a switching means in each embroidery sewing machine.

CONSTITUTION: For instance, in the case an A sewing machine 5 and a B sewing machine 6 are used, first of all, to cloth stretched to a moving frame 10, a prescribed pattern is sewn by the A sewing machine 5. Subsequently, when sewing by the A sewing machine 5 is finished, the moving frame 10 is moved by size W by driving motors 90, 95 through a driver 96 by a controller 11, and the pattern is moved to a needle location position of the B sewing machine 6. Simultaneously, by drivers 101, 103, a bobbin is tuned and a nipple is tuned. Subsequently, sewing is executed by the B sewing machine 6. Needle bars 24 of the A sewing machine 5 and the B sewing machine 6 in this case are selected and stopped alternately by disconnecting and connecting the connection to a shaft 7 by inserting and detaching a projecting pin 140 into and from its hole 141 by a means handle 137 provided additionally on the respective sewing machines 5, 6.
