Abstract:
To provide a technique of evaluating an establishment timing of the EAL on the basis of an event progress analysis for predicting an FP discharge timing to issue a warning in advance so that exposure to radiation can be prevented as much as possible and safe evacuations can be made.SOLUTION: An evaluation device 10 includes: a first processor 21 for reading first input data 11, sequentially processing a plurality of operations 25m(m=1-M) on the basis of an analysis program 15 of an event progress, and outputting a timing (FP discharge timing data 16) when a fission product (FP) is discharged; a specification unit 26 for specifying, in advance, operational information 28 relating to a determination basis 36 (Fig. 2) of the emergency action level (EAL) of the sequentially processed operations 25m (m=1 to M); and a second processor 22 for outputting a timing (EAL establishment timing data 17) when the reading determination basis 36 establishes second input data 12 and the operational information 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
