Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand the informing range of emergency information to the whole multiple dwelling house by giving emergency information not only to each dwelling of the multiple dwelling house but to a shared part.
SOLUTION: An arithmetic control mans 18 receiving a signal from a controller 12 by way of a multiple dwelling house interface 15, when the contents of the signal is the control signal of emergency broadcasting, controls a broadcasting switching means 17 based on the contents of an already set broadcasting setting means 16 to decide whether speech information arriving at the broadcasting switching means 17 by way of the multiple dwelling house interface 15 is broadcasted or not from an entrance slave equipment 14. It is possible to broadcast from the entrance slave equipment 14, to give information to all the part inside of the multiple dwelling house by broadcast-setting at a control officce master equipment 11, a controller 12 and a room master equipment 13, and to emergency-broadcast by the unit of each dwelling house or the unit of an optional dwelling block.
