To have an emergency carry bag for carrying out the necessities at emergency and the valuables, having functions for carrying out disaster prevention/refuge articles and for protecting the head of a human in refuge, and capable of being used as an ordinary rucksack at normal time.

This bag is basically constituted by integrating a disaster prevention hood (hood part 2) for protecting the head of a wearer with a main body part 3 for storing the necessities and disaster prevention/refuge articles. The disaster prevention hood is formed by using a material superior in the heat resistance and the impact resistance and constituted of a rear piece for protecting the rear head part of the human, a head top piece for protecting the crown part, a side head piece for protecting the side head part, and a fastening tool attached to the side head piece for preventing the hood from detached. A reflecting tape and a luminous tape are stuck to the rear side of the main body part.
