A call switch 2 for enabling a calling person to call the elevator to the designated floor of a building preceding to others is connected with the non-automatic selective elevator 3, and the elevator 3 is mounted with the emergency equipment 4 high in urgency such as an automatic external defibrillator. When the calling person turns on the switch 2 of the designated floor, the elevator 3 mounted with the emergency equipment 4 comes to the designated floor preceding to other elevators 3a, 3b, thus enabling the calling person to obtain the emergency equipment 4 fastest to rescue a person by the emergency equipment.
