To allow a user to simply and easily take out a fire-extinguisher by opening a door of a fire extinguisher cabinet from a road side and a watchman passage side.SOLUTION: A fire extinguisher cabinet 20 storing a fire-extinguisher 50 in the inside is embeddedly installed in a watchman passage 14 along a tunnel wall surface. The fire extinguisher cabinet 20 includes a front door opening to be opened to a road 15 side, an upper door opening to be opened to a road surface side of the watchman passage 14, a front door 30 sliding in the vertical direction so as to open/close at least an upper-side prescribed part of the front door opening, and an upper door 32 forward opening/closing the upper door opening, with a rear edge located in an opposite side of the road side of the upper door opening used as a shaft, and rearward opening/closing the upper door opening, with a front edge located in the road side of the upper door opening used as a shaft. When the upper door 32 is in an open state, even in any case of the forward opening and rearward opening, the fire-extinguisher 50 stored inside the fire extinguisher cabinet 20 can be taken out to the outside from the road surface side of the watchman passage 14 via the upper door opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
