Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a portable telephone set from being left unconnected to a system terminal in the case of using the portable telephone set as an emergency notice contact means in the emergency notice system where the emergency notice contact means mounted on a vehicle makes contact of emergency information such as traffic accident or sudden disease to a center such as a police station.
SOLUTION: A control section 12 discriminates whether or not an emergency notice contact means 2 connects to an emergency notice system terminal 1 or the device is surely in operation, and in the case that the means 2 is not connected to the device 1 or the connection is improper, the control section 12 sends a signal to a vehicle start device 4 to inhibit start of the vehicle and an information transmission means 6 displays it on an LED or an LCD on a dash board of the vehicle, stores it to a storage section 15 and an external device connection interface 7 extracts it externally.
