Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a simple emergency perception facility to notify drivers during travelling of abnormality occurrence in tunnels, and to allow the drivers to make emergency stops in front of tunnel entrances.SOLUTION: Emergency perception heads 16 discharging a water cannon in a direction intersecting a road 14 to form an emergency perception pattern are arranged in the vicinity of a tunnel entrance 12 and in front of the tunnel entrance, and have vehicle detectors 50 detecting vehicles existing in an installation section L of the emergency perception heads 16 provided. A control device 22 is configured to implement an opening control of a valve device 18, and cause the water cannon to be discharged from the emergency perception head 16 upon actuating an emergency facility in a tunnel 10; and, when detecting a stoppage vehicle by the vehicle detector 50 during discharging the water cannon from the emergency perception head 16, halt the discharging water cannon from the emergency perception head 16 installed at a location other than in the vicinity of the tunnel entrance 12 in a state where the valve device 18 is controlled to keep the discharging water cannon from the emergency perception head 16 installed in the vicinity of the tunnel entrance 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
