An emergency power distribution system 10 includes a hospital 12 as a facility which requires power urgently, an emergency center which is equipped with emergency power distribution equipment 20 that makes an emergency power distribution plan, a group 40 of hybrid vehicles which each have a power generating function and a large-capacity power accumulator, and a network 14 which connects them for communication. The CPU22 of the emergency power distribution system 20 includes a short power quantity acquiring module 32 which acquires the quantity of short power from the hospital 12, a vehicle information acquiring module 34 which acquires the information on a vehicle, such as its present position, etc., from the group of hybrid vehicles 40, a vehicle determining module 36 which determines a vehicle that it requests emergency power distribution, and a guidance information transmitting module 38 which sends the information about the guidance to the hospital 12 to the vehicle determined for the request.
