PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency report system that allows anyone to use at low cost, allows easy maintenance of determination program or the like, and eliminates the necessity to limit a monitoring area in life spaces.SOLUTION: In an emergency report system, a blood oxygen saturation measuring sensor and/or a vital sign sensor work and measure blood oxygen saturation and/or vital sign of a measured person on the basis of detection results of an action detecting sensor in bio-information monitoring means attachable to the body of the measured person, and a management apparatus determines degree of urgency of onset or onset possibility of cerebral infarction or myocardial infarction of the measured person on the basis of the detection results of the blood oxygen saturation measuring sensor or the vital sign sensor and conducts an emergency call when it determines that the degree of urgency is high.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
