Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an ambulance or the like to easily discover an accident vehicle at the time of the occurrence of an emergency situation such as the collision accident of a vehicle.
SOLUTION: When the development instruction signal of an on-vehicle air bag developing device is inputted to a control part 11 of an on-vehicle telephone 10 at the time of the occurrence of the collision of a vehicle, the ID code and present position information of the vehicle and the fact of the development of an air bag is transmitted through an modem 12, portable telephone 13, and antenna 14 of an on-vehicle telephone 10 to an emergency service center. When a burglary detection signal from a burglary detecting device, on-signal from an emergency button, on-signal from a service button, and on-signal from a health abnormality detecting device are inputted, the same operation is performed. The emergency service center transmits a command for sounding a horn and turning on/off light so that the position of the vehicle can be easily known by an ambulance. Also, a door lock is turned on/off by the command as necessary.
