PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a master unit to perform the interlock and non-interlock operations to the controlled equipments of secondary master units by adding an interlock control means to the master unit and a transfer means to the secondary master units, respectively.
SOLUTION: A master unit 11 and the secondary master units 12 to 14 are provided with the master unit circuits 21 and the transfer circuits 22 respectively. The unit 11 also has a controller 31 which is connected to its circuit 21. The controller 31 is also connected to the circuits 22 of units 12 to 14 respectively. Thus, each of units 11 and 12 to 14 has a master unit main body part consisting of the circuits 21 and 22. The unit 11 can show its function by connecting its controller 31 to the master unit main body. Then the self-stop means of units 11 and 12 to 14 stop the interlock operations of their own connected controlled equipments. Meanwhile, the circuits 22 of units 12 to 14 perform the interlock or non-interlock operations of their own connected controlled equipments by the instructions given from an interlock control equipment.
