This emergency vehicle has a loading compartment (2) which houses the movable stretcher (15) provided with two truss head pins (23, 24) at the front and rear ends. The loading compartment has a width less than a length of the stretcher (15) and comprises a longitudinal opening (6) for passing the stretcher (15), a locking unit (28) located in one edge facing the longitudinal opening (6) for locking one of two pins (23, 24), and a guide unit (29) recessing from the longitudinal opening (6) on the same plane with the locking unit (28). One of the pins (23, 24) of the guide unit (29) slides when the other pin is inserted.
