Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a stable emission amount and drawing of high accuracy constant in flow, in an emission type drawing apparatus forming a thick film, by adjusting the apparent viscosity of emitted paste.
CONSTITUTION: An emission type drawing apparatus is constituted by providing a vibration generating part 8 imparting vibration to the pasty material 4 in both of a tank 2 and a nozzle 3 and a controller 9 sending signals of amplitude and vibration frequency to the vibration generating part 8 and the viscosity of emitted paste is adjusted to make it possible to perform the stable drawing of a line.
