The employee information display device comprises: a retrieval request input part communicably connected with an employee information storage device storing a plurality of employee information files recording department-based employee information to receive a retrieval request of employee information with a designated retrieval condition; a retrieval request transmitting part for transmitting the retrieval request to the employee information storage device; an employee information receiving part for receiving employee information extracted from the department-based employee information files by the employee information storage device from the employee information storage device; and an employee information display part for list-displaying the received employee information.
