Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the attendance of telecommuting, and when abnormality occurs to a telecommuter, more appropriately notify the persons concerned of the occurrence of abnormality as well.SOLUTION: An employee management system 1 comprises client terminals 2, cameras 3, and a management server 5. In the employee management system 1, the client terminals 2 each detect whether a telecommuter is away from their seat and whether abnormality occurs to the telecommuter on the basis of information on the status of the telecommuter acquired by the camera 3, and transmit a result of the detection to the management server 5. When the result of the detection that abnormality has occurred to the telecommuter is transmitted to the management server 5, the management server specifies an employee present within a predetermined distance from the telecommuter's place of business as a neighborhood staff member, and performs abnormal notification to notify the neighborhood staff member of the occurrence of abnormality to the telecommuter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
