Abstract:
To create an employment environment for a livelihood protection recipient with a whole society including companies, and to increase motivation of the livelihood protection recipient to be employed.SOLUTION: An employment promotion program for a livelihood protection recipient includes an operation part 12, which executes: a recruitment display process for displaying a recruitment at each of a plurality of company terminals 50 to recruit a company capable of fulfilling a specific job opening; an application reception process for receiving a job application from a company with information on working conditions, including work location, from the company terminal 50; and a compulsive matching process for compulsively matching a recipient with a company without prior consent from the recipient or the company, based on a geographical distance between the place of residence, or the like included in personal information of each livelihood protection recipient and the work location received in the application reception process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
