PURPOSE: To provide an emulsification dispersion device in which an emulsified product is obtained, having a small particle size emulsified compound, and processing is easy and furthermore corrosion resistance and wear resistance are increased, and a running cost is reduced.
CONSTITUTION: An emulsification dispersion device is constituted by integrally forming two pieces of stationary projections 102, 103 of a second stator 28 and integrally forming three pieces of rotary projections 202-204 of a second rotor 72. Dependency depending on assembly precision of a build-up body is lowered by dimensional error of width of the respective stationary projections 102, 103 and the interval thereof and dimensional error of width of the respective rotary projections 202-204 and the intervals thereof. A processing gap through which fluid to be processed passes is made small. The stator is prevented from being rotated while being brought into contact with the rotor.
