To provide an emulsified composition having high safety, functionality and stability, concretely an emulsified composition having improved safety from the viewpoint of antisepsis using no or only a small amount of an agent having emulsifying action known as an emulsifier or a surfactant.
The emulsified composition is produced by compounding one or more kinds of water-soluble polymers by using an emulsification method to guide a jet flow of a fluid along the 1st channel and guide a fluid to a flow controlled along a new channel with a structure member placed in the 1st channel in a manner to generate a shearing force and cavitation in the fluid by selecting the directions of the 1st channel and the new channel. The emulsified composition may further contain one or more materials selected from glycyrrhizinates, hydroxyfatty acids, polyglycerols, polyethylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, 1,2-pentanediol, amino acids, peptides, proteins, clay minerals and diethoxyethyl succinate.
