Abstract:

To provide an emulsified cosmetic having excellent usability such as high cosmetic film transparency, non-paleness, when coated, good spreadability, and non-stickiness.

This emulsified cosmetic is characterized by comprising the following components (A) to (C): (A) silicone-treated iron oxide-containing zinc oxide prepared by coating the surface of iron oxide-containing zinc oxide having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 0.1 μm and containing 0.01 to 0.1 mass% of iron oxide with methyl hydrogen polysiloxane-dimethylpolysiloxane copolymer and/or an alkoxy-modified dimethylpolysiloxane; (B) a specific polyglycerol-modified silicone; (C) an evaporable silicone oil.
