To achieve high visible-light transmittance and to solve such problems that glass becomes cloudy when fine white powders are surfaced from a formed coating film under high humidity conditions or water swelling conditions and that the scene outside becomes blurred through window glass when transparency of a coating film is impaired after several or more years have passed from construction.
The coating film having the following structure and a coating formable of the coating film are provided. Namely, emulsion particles (A) of a polymer (a) are made into a film by drying on an object (O) in the state of a mutually adhering-particle layer (A"), a crosslinkable polymer (C) exists on the surface layer of each particle of the layer (A") and between the particles, colloidal silica particles (D) exist on the surface layer of the each particle of the layer (A") and between the particles, and an ultraviolet absorber (E) exists inside of the each particle of the layer (A").
