Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save manpower in heating a cleaning soln. and to prolong the life of the soln.
SOLUTION: The emulsion separator 10 for a cleaning soln. is provided with a tank 12 for storing a cleaning soln. W contg. an emulsion E, five electrodes P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5 furnished at the part in contact with the soln. W in the tank 12, an AC constant-voltage power source 14 for supplying power to the electrodes P1,..., a changeover switch 16 for connecting the electrode selected from the electrodes P1,... to the power source 14, a current detecting coil 18 as a sensor for detecting the current flowing to the electrodes P1,... from the power source 14 and a control part 20 for controlling the switch 16 so that the resistance between the electrodes P1,... is controlled in a specified range based on the current I detected by the coil 18.
