Abstract:
To provide an emulsion state fuel having much water content and withstanding preservation for a long period.
This emulsion state fuel EF is obtained by introducing 20-70 pts.vol. hydrophobic liquid fuel F immersing ceramics obtained by heat-treating a formed material of powder of a silicon dioxide mineral, silicate mineral, halide mineral and a rock containing at least one kind of them, with 80-30 pts.vol. water W into a mixing device M and mixing each other in a state of cluster having ≤5 μm size and the passing the mixture through a high frequency wave-generating device H.
