To easily remove stains on the surface of a glass layer only by flowing water even without rubbing it with a scrub or brush by controlling its surface roughness to the value below a specified one.
The surface roughness Ra of the surface of a glaze layer formed on the surface of a metallic base material in an enameled product is controlled to <0.06 μm, preferably to ≤0.05 μm, and more preferably to ≤0.03 μm. The surface roughness Ra is measured by a tracer type surface roughness measuring apparatus (JIS-Bo651). Furthermore, the contact angle between the surface of the glaze layer and water is controlled to <30 degrees, preferably to ≤25 degrees, and more preferably to ≤20 degrees. As the metallic base material, an iron base material, a stainless base material, an aluminum base material, a copper base material, or the like, is suitably utilizable. As the utilizable enameled product, for instance, building materials for bath rooms composing the floors, walls, ceilings, or the like, of both rooms, bathtubs, bathtub aprons, washbowls, washing counters, sinks, kitchen panels, kitchin doors, or the like, is cited.
