PURPOSE: To certainly feed bottles onto an accumulating conveyor without turning down the bottles by arranging an arrangement conveyor in series with an accumulating conveyor and pushing-feeding the bottles in one row by a pusher device.
CONSTITUTION: An encasing device is constituted of a bottle arranging and feeding part, bottle storage part, and an encasing part, and bottles (b) are transported between the bottle arranging and feeding part and the bottle storage part by a pusher device 15, and between the storage part and the encasing part by a transfer device, and encasing is performed automatically. When a prescribed number of bottles (b) are positioned on a vacuum conveyor 1, a pusher 23 and a falling-down preventing plate 24 lower, and a transversely feeding cylinder operates, and then the pusher 23 is operated to transfer the bottles (b) onto an accumulating conveyor. Since the front part is supported by the falling-down preventing plate 24, the falling-down of the bottle (b) during the pushing feed can be prevented.
