To provide a method for easily performing a beautiful encaustic finishing construction on a land base surface in a short period without requiring skill.

This encaustic finishing construction method comprises a first step for cleaning the land base surface, a second step for forming a joint forming thin-film layer on the upper surface thereof, a third step for stamping, on the upper surface of a joint forming thin-film layer formed in the second step, an adhesive pattern paper with punched hole parts of various patterns and shapes and having an adhesive agent layer on its rear surface, a fourth step for coating a surface layer material on the entire surfaces of the joint forming layer and the adhesive pattern paper with various patterns and shapes which are provided in steps 2 and 3, and a fifth step for peeling and removing the adhesive pattern paper passed through the fourth step.
