Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten a suction route up to an inlet muffler in a hermetically sealed vessel rectilinearly by interconnecting an interval between a suction tube and the inlet muffler through a joint spring via a damper collar.
CONSTITUTION: An interval between a suction tube 4 and an inlet muffler 3 tightly attached to an upper shell 1a of a hermetically sealed vessel 1 is interconnected by a joint spring 6 engaged parallelly in the axial direction of the vessel 1 via a damper collar 5 with a taper opening 5 engaged with the inlet muffler 3. This opening 5 of the damper collar 5 is formed into a taper form whereby the joint spring 6 is easily insertable simultaneously at the time of insertion into the hermetically sealed vessel 1.
