Abstract:
To provide an enclosed hood device capable of simply and inexpensively attaining suitable followability of exhaust air quantity to opening/closing of a door, and an exhaust air quantity control method thereof.SOLUTION: An enclosed hood device comprises a space S enclosed by a wall 3 and a door 4, an exhaust pipe 6 through which exhaust from the space S circulates, and a fan 5 configured to perform air exhaustion from the space S through the exhaust pipe 6. An exhaust air quantity control method of the enclosed hood device comprises: providing a damper 7 in the middle of the exhaust pipe 6, wherein the damper can operate its opening; executing feedback control of adjusting the opening of the damper 7 so that an actual pressure value on an upstream side of the damper 7 in the exhaust pipe 6 approaches a setting pressure value calculated based on opening of the door 4; and when opening/closing operation is applied to the door 4, executing feed forward control of performing a predetermined operation amount of opening operation for the damper 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
