PURPOSE: To receive a roller and drive shaft on a slideportion and slide contact portion more excellent in an antiwear property and durability for improving stable compression operation and reliability.
CONSTITUTION: A sliding member mounted in the form of a bushing 22 to a sliding surface making sliding contact with a drive shaft 20 and a sliding surface of a roller rotated by the drive shaft 20 is formed by injection molding with components of aromatic polyether-ether keton filled with carbon powder. Remaining stress is released by heat treatment for 10 hours at 200°C after the molding and resin composition (bushing 22) without dimensional change is prepared so that high lubricating property, satisfactory rotational performance and cooling performance are displayed by the employment of the bushing 22.
