Title:
ENCODER DAMPING MECHANISM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011136355
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an encoder damping mechanism which absorbs shock which acts on an encoder the peripheral shape of which is a flat shape and prevents the failure of the encoder.

The encoder damping mechanism is the encoder damping mechanism of a motor-operated spot welding gun 1 which is provided with a motor 30 which is housed in the inside of a motor housing 20 and the encoder body 51 for detecting the rotation angle of the hollow rotor 31 and includes a sheet 53 the area of the surface 532 of which is formed to be larger than the area of the base of the encoder body 51 and on which the base of the encoder body 51 is installed within the surface 532 and a sheet mounting part 55 by which the sheet 53 is connected to a motor housing 20 through a sheet supporting part 553 and a sheet pressing part 554 by which the vibration is damped.
