Abstract:
To prevent tracking problem by easily setting a code of the destination, for sending a trolley to the destination by a floor chain haulage system.
An encoding system is for sending a trolley 2 to the destination by a floor chain haulage system to be moved by a chain. The encoding system is provided with a transponder 1 mounted on the trolley 2 capable of emitting codes, and spools 16 and a code reading means 3 on at least one or more places along a floor chain passage 4. The code reading means 3 extending along the floor passage 4 includes two spools 15 each provided on respective sides of a chain rail 6, the transponder 1 is an inductive type, and at least one or more transmitter/receiver unit 11 is mounted above the chain rail 6.
