Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely suck a filament yarn spun from a spinning part by a panel aspirator, without springing up the filament yarn even when it is cut by a yarn cutter in the case of generating an end breakage in a winding machine, in a process of winding by melt spinning the filament yarn with its tension high strengthened.
CONSTITUTION: In a melt spinning device constituted of a spinning part comprising a spinning head 1 and a cooling device 2, cooling part comprising a cooling cylinder 4 and a winding part comprising a receiving roller 5 and a winding machine 6, there are provided a downward current generating device 7 in an inlet part of the cooling cylinder 4, panel aspirator 9 and a yarn cutter 10 from the upstream between the cooling cylinder 4 and the receiving roller 5 and an end breakage sensor 8 just above the winding machine 6, and when an end breakage is generated in the winding machine 6, first by an end breakage signal of the end breakage sensor 8, air is jetted from the downward current generating device 7, to weaken tension of a filament yarn. Next, the filament yarn is cut by a yarn cutter 10, and the filament yarn is sucked by the panel aspirator 9, to process the end breakage.
